By Health, Better Mobile Prohibited at School


LONDON - A study by the European committee recommends that mobile phone use should be limited in schools and its use is limited by the children, is to prevent the potential serious health crises such as asbestos, leaded gasoline or tobacco.

Committee of the Council of Europe has held numerous meetings with industry organizations and health and make recommendations in the report, that although not binding, will be influential in setting the regulatory rules in the future.

In general, the report recommends that the industry takes all reasonable steps to reduce exposure to electromagnetic fields, especially for children. So that was reported by Cellular News, Sunday (15/05/2011).

It also called for awareness information campaign to explain what he said was potentially harmful biological effects of long-term environmental and human health, particularly targeting children, adolescents and young people of reproductive age.

They specifically propose banning all cell phones and Wi-Fi system from the classroom and school, as recommended by some local governments, medical associations and civil society organizations.

The report acknowledges that there is a dispute about the nature of the health effects of mobile phones, especially comparing the change in heating of the alleged warming direct DNA damage from radio emissions.

They concluded that although there is sufficient evidence of potential harmful effects of electromagnetic fields on the fauna, flora and human health to react and to guard against environmental hazards and health seriously.
