Found, Grave 2600 year old Celtic Princess



LONDON - German archaeologists discovered the tomb of a Celtic princess aged 2600 years ago, buried along with his gold jewelry.

Prince is expected to die in the year 609 BC. Since last month, German experts began digging the grave and move his remains to be investigated. Similarly, as quoted from the Irish Central, on Thursday (05/12/2011).

Based on the jewelry found with the bodies, experts argued that the remains were from upper social classes

The tomb of the Celtic princess is surrounded by clay weighing 80 tons, and the scientists will examine the use of X-ray

"This is the oldest daughter who discovered the tomb of the Celtic culture. This tomb is one example of the tomb of princess in the period wal Celtic Celtic culture," Dr. Dirk Krausse, head of the grave digging.

The tomb is located in wet soil. Age daughter's tomb is expected by approximately 2620-year-old scientist.

Nicole Ebenger-Rest, one of the researchers in this excavation, said that jewelry, clothing and other organic materials found in the tomb may reveal how the Celtic way of life in the past.

"Nevertheless, it is still difficult to imagine that this woman lived 26 centuries ago," said Ebenger-Rest.
