Facebook Now Has Own Application Store

now Facebook applications can be found easily through a single source.

On Friday (06.08.2012), the social networking site has just launched its App Center, an application store that lets users search for related applications up all over the internet, including desktop applications, IOS, and Android.

App Center will be available on our desktop and mobile sites Facebook and Facebook apps in the Android mobile platform and IOS.

Facebook confirms that the App Center is not a rival Apple App Center and Google Play despite having a similar function. This is because the App Center also connected to the two application stores owned by IOS and the Android platform.

The goal, among other things, that the third party application developers gain a wider market in addition to 900 million users of Facebook.

May, Facebook accounted for 83 million visits from the site to store Apple's App Store application. On Facebook alone, according to statistics social networking site, as many as 230 million users play games every month.

For now, the new App Center has 600 applications, including popular titles such as Draw Something, Pinterets, Nike + GPS, and Ghost Recon Commander.

In addition to rating mechanism, users will also get recommendations based on the application of the titles being played by friends of his Facebook.
