Consider Alpinestars MotoGP Airbag Technology

MotoGP is considering the use of airbags or air bag system on each costume racer.

The use of air bags is to minimize risks due to fall while racing.

This season airbag technology has been used by the three Repsol Honda rider, Casey Stoner, Daniel Pedrosa and Andrea Dovizioso. All three use a racing uniform provided by the Alpinestars product.

Safety riding remains the most important thing in racing. And third Repsol Honda rider has been a little more calm during the race, because the airbag system developed by Alpinestars Tech Air.

This security device called Alpinestars Tech Electronic Air Airbag System.

This powerful tool can decide when the air bag inflates to go out, just before the riders fell. Tools main thought of this tool is a microprocessor.

Microprocessor that is stored in the back of the drivers, with several sensors connected with the movement of every racer and also Honda RC212V. This sensor is connected by wireless technology.

Moments before the accident or the driver is dropped, the sensor will read the odd movements indicated before the accident.

Furthermore, the microprocessor will command the airbag to inflate. Airbag to the content of nitrogen gas mixture this will directly inflate at speeds 45 milliseconds.

Alpinestars also designed the airbag instantly shrank back in just five seconds. This is to facilitate the return drivers drove on the track, or if there is medical help. Airbag is also designed to be expanded twice in each race.
